We are dedicated to helping coaches, teams and individuals learn about themselves and the power of creating strong relationships. E4 is revolutionizing the recruitment and development process for coaches and athletes.

Our Co-Founders, Cathy and Kristin, took their extensive background in athletics and combined it with their work in corporate consulting. They teamed with Dr. Taylor Hartman to create the successful and unique psychometric assessment and system that is specifically designed to help an individual find the keys to connecting to their WHY, discovering their strengths and learning how to eliminate their obstacles.
