The System
The Edge 4 system consists of a successful and unique psychometric assessment resulting in an individualized profile that is designed to reveal an athlete’s motive (their WHY), strengths, limitations, and a specific road map to interacting with that individual.

We take the psychological theory and make it applicable. Defining the WHY behind what inspires an athlete, breaking down WHAT that individual needs growth in and providing a HOW to accomplish it.

The most powerful step you can take in your life is to take responsibility for yourself. Self-awareness. Building the skills to see yourself clearly and objectively is critical to building your self-esteem, your decision making, self-control and pride. “Getting yourself” is critical to development and lifelong success.
GET YOUR TRUTH
Clearly seeing your strengths and limitations, knowing what habits to break and create, learning to truly see who you are and committing to your best self – all this information is found in your truths. You will build the mindset that creates success internally by dealing with the world for what it is now and what we wish it could be.
GET OTHERS
The power of your potential is only found through the relationships you have built with others. Learning to understand and appreciate others, how to create a Win/Win philosophy, and communication skills to create confidence in any situation. When we go after building relationships with intent, your world and your opportunities will expand.
